Email Address Policy

Share your contact information with TTRC in confidence.  Our email address policy is designed to respeect your privacy.  Email is an important communications method for the Tri-Town Republican Committee (TTRC) and we actively collect email addresses for voters in Exeter, North Hampton and Stratham. TTRC may include others in our email lists if we deem inclusion to be in the interest of furthering the goals of the TTRC. We view this as private information between our members. Therefore we have adopted the following policy:

• The TTRC will not provide email addresses to candidates, individuals or other organizations.

• We will distribute information on behalf of others to our members via email upon request(s) to do so. TTRC reserves the right to restrict the number and content of such redistributions or to refuse to distribute information. All decisions of TTRC executive committee in this regard are final.

• We will remove anyone from our email lists upon request to do so.

We will make every reasonable effort to maintain the confidentiality of email addresses. However, we cannot guarantee the security of this information and those who provide the information accept responsibility for the possibility that the information may be disclosed through error or unauthorized access.
